You will need to export your old database and import it into the new site. You can get an export of your old website through your host’s PHPMyAdmin tool, if they have one, or you can get it through the old site’s WordPress dashboard by going to Tools > Export.

Where did you transfer your site from? Wherever the site came from, you must have got your files from them to put those files on your new host.
That same old host should also have your database. You will need to get it from them so it can be imported to your new host.
