Exceptionally good support

A very robust and highly flexible plug-in that solves all headaches of bringing video’s into your WordPress site.
The latest update gave me a obscure error that I could not longer make new video’s, or change video’s on older publications etc. I reported the issue and got a reply within minutes from a real live person.
After a short well guided debug’ing we found the issue causing this error and I got a custom code to solve this on my site, and the bug will be solved in the next version.
Hands down the best support loop I have even participated in.
Thanks San Rosh for excellent support.
