Gist has given up

This tool has stopped collecting responses from forms and I had to hire an outside development team to determine that Gist was the source of multiple form errors. When contacting support, I receive a reply from Indrani, who manages support, but Jitta, the person behind this script and Gist’s CEO, has been surprisingly and rudely silent. The script needs to be maintained for those of us who paid for this, whether one time or ongoing, and it feels wrong that I have to beg and even offer money to Indrani to get Jitta to not give up on us. I’m in the middle of the support request with an outside web development agency for about six weeks now and losing dozens of leads and Gist’s response to me is like “I don’t care.” Not cool, Jitta. Show us you do care. You now have AI at your disposal. You can do so much more for Gist’s growth right now if you ever bothered.
