Great plugin, awesome support!

I wasn’t sure which plugin to use for abandoned cart emails on my woo store, so i tried this one and was pleasantly surprised with the free version and how fantastic and quick the support team were when i raised an issue with multi-currency display in the automated emails. They fixed it super fast and now all is running well!

There’s obviously limited functionality in the free version, but you get more than enough to build a customised abandoned cart flow to send follow up emails, which is exactly what i needed it for. It also stores users as Contacts – so you can see a customer’s number of orders, order total and average order value if that’s helpful – not something i’m currently using but cool to see it and maybe something i’ll use later one.

I’ve suggested an update to show the currency code in the Cart overview screen and Cart popup window which will be a big help for multi-currency stores, and they’ve logged it as an improvement. I’ve been really impressed with the quality of the plugin and the support and follow up, wasn’t expecting that for a free plugin. Defo worth giving this plugin a try if you need abandoned cart plugins – support are really responsive which is a deal-maker for me 🙂
