So what now?

What with this latest security issue, and there have been a few in recent times, what do we do now? Wait for Christmas? Find another backup solution? And yes, there are plenty.

As it stands, my confidence in Updraft is being seriously eroded, although, truth be told, I haven’t had any Updraft issues, yet. But I like to be proactive, not wait until something bad happens, even though I’m not using Updraft Central and only the free version of the plugin.

We all know the adage; prevention is better than cure. Reading and taking to heart the proverbial writing on the wall helps to prevent things, before they happen.
