• Hi,

we have a new wordpress website and are testing astra / spectra. It looks nice and it worked perfectly until yesterday. Suddenly, it is impossible to load the design library in spectra. We deleted all caches, regenerated permalinks etc but no change.

That’s really bad because we were thinking about buying the pro-versions.

    Could anyone help please:

Your selected category did not match any pattern designs.

Try with different category or sync library if outdated

    Thank you very much.

    Best regards,

    René

    Hi @luchs72,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry that the Design Library stopped loading while you were testing.

That message usually means the library’s saved copy on your site is empty or out of date. I checked our library server just now, and it’s responding normally, so a fresh sync on your site should bring the designs back.

    Please try these steps:

    1. Open any page in the block editor and click the Design Library button.
    2. In the library window, click the Sync Library icon at the top right and wait until it finishes.
    3. Reload the editor with a hard refresh. That’s Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac.

Here is a short video showing exactly how to sync the design library: https://d.pr/v/A8Iigw

If the library is still empty after that, please check these two things:

    1. Go to Tools > Site Health and see if it reports any problems with the REST API or with outgoing requests.
    2. If you use a security or firewall plugin, deactivate it for a moment and sync the library again. These plugins sometimes block the request that fetches the designs.

If it still doesn’t load, please share the following so we can look into it further:

    1. Your WordPress, Spectra and Astra versions.
    2. Any red errors from the browser console while the library is open. To see them, right click the page, choose Inspect, and open the Console tab.
    3. A screenshot of the library window.

Looking forward to your reply so we can get this resolved for you at the earliest.

    Have a great day ahead!
