Thanks for the thoughtful feedback and for recognizing that we listen to the community. We’re continuing to improve FluentCart’s support for EU stores. Our FluentCart Customer Rights add-on supports EU withdrawal and related customer rights workflows, and we’re working on it further over time. If you’re willing, please share the specific EU requirements or smaller issues you’ve encountered with our team through FluentCart support. That will help us understand your use case and review what may be needed. Store owners should confirm that their setup meets their own legal obligations.
We’ve recently added an Appearance section to give store owners more control over styling, and we’re continuing to improve customization and builder integration.
We understand that there are still gaps for stores selling physical products in the EU, as well as areas to improve around German translations, builder integration, styling, and shipping. We recognize that missing German translations make the experience harder for German-speaking users, and we appreciate you pointing this out.
Shipping is another area our team is actively exploring, including the best way to integrate shipping carriers. The team is currently planning to add shipping hub integrations and we’re aiming for a shipping update this quarter, though the scope and timing may change as we work through the options.
Thanks again for taking the time to share these suggestions. We appreciate it as we continue improving FluentCart.
