Is there a shortcode so that you can display the latest unseen images?

When the pictures were seen, the pictures disappear from the list.

Does this mean that when user 1 has seen the image, it will disappear also for ser 2, or only for user 1?

Only for the respective viewer. If user 1 has seen the new image then no longer visible to user 1.

However, if User 2 has not yet seen the picture, then it must still be new and unseen for him.
