Google reCAPTCHA v3 Verification Failed in SureForms

    Hello SureForms Support,

    I am experiencing a Google reCAPTCHA v3 verification failure on my WordPress website, beyondthescaleandgrowing.com.

    I am using SureForms version 2.12.6.

    Problem: Every time I submit my Contact Us Form with Google reCAPTCHA v3 enabled, I receive this error:

    “Google reCAPTCHA verification failed. Please contact your site administrator.”

    Troubleshooting already completed:

    • Registered my website with Google reCAPTCHA v3.
    • Verified and re-entered both the Site Key and Secret Key.
    • Confirmed that SureForms saves the v3 configuration.
    • Checked my other SureForms forms; neither has reCAPTCHA enabled.
    • Disabled reCAPTCHA temporarily and successfully submitted the Contact Us Form.
    • Re-enabled v3 and tested again. The same verification error returned.

    Could you please help identify why reCAPTCHA v3 verification is failing and how to resolve it?

    Thank you for sharing the detailed troubleshooting steps you have already tried.

    I checked the form page you shared. However, it appears to redirect to your website’s homepage instead of displaying the form.

    Because of this, I couldn’t reproduce the reCAPTCHA v3 verification error on my end.

    Could you please contact our support team at support@sureforms.com and share the following details?

    1. Enable Instant Form: Please enable the Enable Instant Form option in your form settings so we can access and test the form directly. You can refer to this configuration screenshot: https://d.pr/i/Ea6WEt
    2. Error screenshot: A screenshot showing the reCAPTCHA verification error when submitting the form.

    Once we have these details, we will be happy to investigate the issue further and help you resolve it.
