Elementor Editor Top Bar Triplication

    With the latest versions of Elementor (4.3.x versions of base and pro) the editor top bar is getting triplicated (see link) and an extra, functional publish buttons appears in the middle of the bar (the triplicated publish buttons do not work). If I disable this plugin the top bar is restored to normal. There are no console errors related to Elementor or this plugin nor anything relevant in the debug log.
