Cannot access plugin after update to 5.x

    Hi, after updating to 5.x i can no longer access the plugin. It’s missing from the left sidebar, if I click “Manage” in the plugin list, wordpress says I don’t have permission to display that page. I am admin, of course. I had to go back to 1.5.17.
