    Hi @stefaninthailand ,

Since the existing gallery can still be accessed from the post editor, the galleries themselves are most likely intact. The blank Galleries and Settings pages suggest that an error or conflict is preventing those Modula admin screens from loading correctly.

I noticed from your initial submission that the site is still using WordPress 6.1.14, which is an older release.

Could you please send us the following details?

    1. The site’s PHP version and the exact version of Modula currently installed.
    2. Are you using only the Lite/free version of Modula, or do you also have Modula Pro installed?

Once we have this information, we’ll be glad to investigate further and see how this can be resolved as fast as possible.

    Best,
    Andrei

    Hi @stefaninthailand ,

Thank you for providing those details.

We checked this with our development team, and the issue is most likely related to the older WordPress version currently installed on the site. Recent Modula versions use newer WordPress functionality that may not be available in WordPress 6.1.14, which can prevent the Galleries and Settings screens from loading correctly.

Please create a full backup of the website and update WordPress to the latest available version. Once the update is complete, clear any site, server, and browser caches, then check the Modula pages again.

If the pages are still blank after updating WordPress, please let us know and we’ll continue investigating.

    Best,
    Andrei
