Backups are not running

Hello !

I’m having trouble with backups on a website. I installed BackWPup. It’s a site that doesn’t get much traffic right now, so I set up a cron job. But even so, the backups aren’t running as expected. What could be causing the problem? I’ve checked everything, and everything is set up correctly.

And also, on the back office, BackUpWp gives the right information that the next backup is planned.

Only one backup run well. But then, it didn’t run as expected.

Could you help me ?

one more information, if I want to backup the website manually, I don’t have the choice to backup it somewhere else than on the web server ?

Thank you for reaching out.

The “Backup Now” button at the top is meant for quick backups and uses the default backup settings.

If you want to manually run a specific backup job with its configured settings, please use the “Backup Now” option directly from that job card.

Regarding the issue with scheduled backups not running, could you please create a simple Database-only backup job and schedule it to run hourly for testing purposes?

After that, please check whether the backup runs automatically.

If it does not run, please check if any backup log is generated. If yes, please share the log with me.

I would also appreciate it if you could share the output of your debug information page after removing any sensitive information:
