Hello again, I just realised I needed to display the top liked posts filtered by category as well and I’m not sure how to do that. So I tried seeing if the built in query loops can sort by custom field parameters since it was mentioned that “the like count of each post is stored in the post meta field _oacs_spl_post_like_count ” But when I view the post’s custom meta fields in the meta boxes at the bottom of the post editor, there’s no custom field listed that says _oacs_spl_post_like_count . Am I misunderstanding and not looking in the right place?

    Hi,

you are looking in the right place. WordPress hides custom fields that start with an underscore from that box, so _oacs_spl_post_like_count does not show there. The Query Loop block has no option to sort by a custom field either.

I added a category filter in version 1.2.2, it is available now:

    [oacsspltop category=news]

Use the category slug or the name. Several categories work with commas: category=news, reviews. Child categories are included. It combines with the other a
