What message do you get when you open your website in a browser? It works fine for me, by the way.
502 request error
I think that its somthing on my computer, but I cannot find a way to solve the problem.
I have “parked” the website for a year or so on my computer by using ‘local’ to make it work on my computer. Recently I have manually uploaded the site to a new hosting, and thats when the problem started. Everything seems to be ok, but I can only reach the website by using jetpack
502 indicates a server-side error. Since you’re the only one experiencing this, it’s likely related to your external IP address, which your hosting provider is probably blocking or restricting in some way. I’d recommend contacting your hosting provider’s support team.
It loads fine on my end too, try checking on another computer or network, or it might be a caching issue on your end. Try clearing all the caches and try again.

I think I have cleared all caches.
I have been looking around in my computer and seen a lot of clutter. I have tried to use Clean My Mac, but it didn’t help. ( Is that program just a new problem?)
The final solution?: Format the computer, and reinstall all?
JørgenNo, you don’t have to and shouldn’t do that. As I said, the message comes from your hosting provider. You’ll need to contact your hosting provider’s support team.
Hi Jørgen, since the website loads fine for others and works via Jetpack, the issue is local to your desktop setup: because you previously used Local (formerly Local by Flywheel) to host the site on your computer, your system likely still has an entry in its
hostsfile mappinghvadialverden.dkto127.0.0.1orlocalhostinstead of routing to your new live host. To fix this without formatting your computer, open Terminal on macOS and edit your hosts file (sudo nano /private/etc/hostsorC:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hostson Windows), delete any lines mentioning your domain name, save the file, and then flush your local DNS cache (sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponderon macOS oripconfig /flushdnsin Windows Command Prompt). If the 502 error persists after clearing the hosts file, your hosting provider’s firewall may have temporarily flagged your home IP address, so try loading the site using a mobile hotspot or contact your host’s support team to unblock your IP.Hi,
I have excecuted your advice. The server-provider has checked the IP, and it was not blocked. There is still no connection to hvadialverden.dk from my desktop.
I’m afraid that there might be an error 40 (40 cm from the computer screen ;-))/Jørgen
I*M BACK,
Hello, Sorry to desturb you once again.
My competences with Terminal are limited, so I had not saved my editing. Everything was the same when I opened again to check.
I found out to save, and now everything is working, and I did not reformat my harddisk.
So thanks for help. I buy you a beer when we meet, some day
/Jørgen
