Templates & Builder not showing

    I have installed WowOptin on two of my other websites, but for my main website, I’m facing issues.

    The builder will not load and there are no templates in the gallery. I un-installed it and re-installed it. What should I do?

    Since WowOptin is working properly on your other websites, this may be caused by a plugin or theme conflict on your main website.

    Could you please check for a conflict by temporarily deactivating the other plugins one by one and testing the WowOptin builder and template gallery after each deactivation?

    If the issue is resolved after disabling a particular plugin/theme, please let us know which one is causing the conflict.

    If you still experience the issue, please share your website URL, WordPress/PHP versions, and any console errors you see. Our team will investigate further and help you resolve it.
