This discussion from a year ago was marked as “Resolved”. Does that mean the functionality now exists? I have high resolution images in my galleries, and I would like folks who view them on an iPhone to be able to “pinch-to-zoom”. If not, I’d like to vote for it!

    Hi @eastangle,

    Thanks for asking!

I’m sorry to say we haven’t added pinch-to-zoom support to NextGEN Gallery lightboxes yet. I understand how useful this feature would be for mobile browsing, so I’ll gladly add your vote to the request.

Just to clarify: we mark feature request threads as “resolved” when there’s no estimated timeline for them. This doesn’t mean the request is declined, just that there’s no set date yet.

    Best regards,

    Thanks,

It’s frustrating to have high-res images which people are not able to zoom into the detail of on their phones 😊
