Hello,
To filter phone orders, you can use the built-in “_order_source” meta key. Phone orders typically have this set to “admin” or “phone”. You can create a custom admin view or use a plugin like “Admin Columns” to add this filter to your orders list.
Check your order meta data first to confirm the exact value used in your store.
Let me know if you need guidance on how to query this in the database.

Hi thanks for the reply.
I succeeded by asking with @phone in the searchfield. Just phone did not work.
Hey @carinab2,
Glad the search is working for you, and thanks for sharing what did the trick.
One more option, in case it helps: if your phone orders are the ones you add yourself under WooCommerce > Orders > Add order, there’s a built-in filter for those. On the Orders page, open the “All sales channels” dropdown above the list, choose “Admin”, and click Filter. That shows only the orders created from the admin, with no searching needed.
Just a heads up that WooCommerce itself doesn’t have an _order_source field, so there’s no need to look for that one.
If your phone orders are created some other way, like through a plugin, the search you found is a good way to go. Let us know if you have any other questions!
Have a good one!
