I bought the Pro version of Essentials. Not only was I forced to purchase an annual subscription just to get a single feature—since they don’t offer shorter terms—but the Pro subscription still didn’t include the feature I needed and instead prompted me to sign up for yet another, more expensive plan. After all these shenanigans, I just want to ditch this plugin entirely. Had I known things would turn out this way from the start, I certainly wouldn’t have gotten involved in this mess. But since I’ve already invested so much time setting up the site, they’ve left me with no choice.
