I’ve noticed that nestled menus don’t always show. In some cases, it’s impossible to view the pages. For example, I have “Tools” under the “More” menu navigation. In installations without Brikpanel, there’s an additional dropdown for Tools. But with Brikpanel activated, there’s no way to get to those menu items (at least while it’s in the “More” area. Obviously, it’s the same for the default wordpress “Settings” menu too (and others.)

I’m not sure where you could put this, but I’d love to be able to see Abandoned Carts statistics. I guess maybe in the Conversion funnel since it’s probably just math at that point, but it’d be nice to be able to compare that metric over time too. Maybe it could be another dashboard box that can be enabled or disabled?

Another great addition to the dashboard would be an area that shows the Top (or All) Campaigns and the revenue and conversion rates of those campaigns.

Finally, not super important but would be helpful…under segments, I’d like to be able to track customers that purchased “Item ABC”, but did NOT buy “Item 123” at the same time. Does that make sense? And once something like that is working, have the ability to save that segment (or any other custom segment.)

As always, this is a phenomenal addition to Woocommerce and support is fantastic. Thanks so much!

Thank you very much, I’ve made all the changes you requested and released the new version 3.3.28.

    Here is what’s new:

    • Menus you move into More now keep their pages. Tools, Settings and any other menu there open their pages under them, just like in their usual place.
    • The Conversion funnel box now shows the abandoned carts of the selected period, their value, how many were recovered and the change from the previous period. I added them there instead of a new box to keep the dashboard simple, and the Excel export has the same figures.
    • The Sources tab of the Visitors by device box now lists your top campaigns with their revenue, orders and conversion rate, and the Excel export has all of them. Campaign visits, which the conversion rate is based on, are counted from this version on.
    • Segments has a new “Exclude products” field under More filters. With ABC in Products and 123 in Exclude products, the Orders tab shows the orders that have ABC but not 123, and the Customers tab shows the customers who bought ABC but never bought 123.
    • You can now save any filter with “Save as segment”. It stays as a button next to the ready-made ones, for everyone who can open Segments.

If you notice anything missing, please let me know here. In the meantime, you need to download and install the new version from the plugin’s wp.org page because the update notification will appear after 6 hours.

By the way, if you like the plugin, leaving a review would also be a huge help to me 🙏

As always, your support is amazing!

Can you explain how the abandoned carts (in the conversion funnel) work? I’m not seeing anything, but I haven’t enabled your abandoned carts functionality either. Is that required because currently I’m using other means to recover abandoned carts.

I guess in the funnel, I’m just hoping to see how many customers added products to carts, and then how many ended up not converting. (5.5% abandoned carts) – something like that.

So unless I’m missing something, just wondering what it takes to get data in the funnel?

    Thanks again!

Thank you very much for the kind words!

Yes, the Abandoned carts line comes from BrikPanel’s abandoned carts feature, so it needs to be on. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > BrikPanel > Cart abandonment, make sure “Email collection” is ticked and click Save changes. It only records carts and sends nothing to your customers, so it won’t clash with the tool you use now.

The line fills in from the day you turn it on. It counts only the carts whose owner’s email is known, because they typed it at checkout or were logged in.

For what you described, how many shoppers added to cart and how many didn’t order, hover over the Add to cart and Orders bars of the Conversion funnel. The difference between the two numbers is the carts that didn’t turn into an order.

If you have any other questions, please let me know here.
