Some events have a location which does not have a street address, for example Wayland’s Smithy, which does have a latitude and longitude, and could be described as geo:51.566781,-1.596147

This should be an additional, optional field, but would also be useful for temporary venues, such as are used for the Edinburgh Festival, and similar events where buildings are re-purposed and have additional names for the duration of the event.

    Hi @johnlines,

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m happy to help.

The latitude and longitude fields you’re after do exist in the plugin, but they’re part of Events Calendar Pro rather than the free version. Once Pro is active, you’ll find them on the venue edit screen.

If you’d like to know more about what Pro includes, our Help Desk can walk you through it.

Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with here.
