Connection issues when connecting to Google Sheets

    Im having an issue where i get one of these two error messages when hitting the “connect to google sheets” button:

    “Could not reach the BrikPanel proxy. Please try again in a moment.”
    or
    “The server ended the request before it finished. Nothing was lost: click Sync now again to continue where it stopped.”

    I get no redirection to log in to google sheets, and no popup or similiar.

    Thank you very much, I’ve fixed the issue and released the new version 3.3.27.

    Here is what’s new:

    • The Connect button now tries a second time by itself when your site cannot reach our sign-in service at brksoft.com. If that also fails, a box under the button stays on screen and says why and what to do next.
    • The “click Sync now again” message no longer appears under the Connect button.

    Both messages you saw mean that your server could not connect to brksoft.com. Our service is working and other stores connect normally, so the cause is most likely on your server’s side. If the box appears after the update, please send me its text, including the “Technical details” line. That line shows where the connection stopped, and your hosting provider can then allow your site to connect to brksoft.com.

    If you notice anything missing, please let me know here. In the meantime, you need to download and install the new version from the plugin’s wp.org page because the update notification will appear after 6 hours.
