Anchor link does not work always.

    Hi,

    Elementor is not for me out of the box (using the standard builder from WordPress, Gutenberg/Block Editor) and didn’t know if I can make a button an anchor link, so I went for search how I do this and I came this across: https://elementor.com/help/create-anchor-links/

    On some pages it does work; but not on other pages. I am using a button as CTA and a section as anchorpoint. The CTA button has a #example and the section has exemple.

    My costumer using Astra (free) as theme, Elementor (free version) and using the latest WordPress version and the latest PHP version.

    Due GDPR and public forums I cannot share the link, also I hosting locally.

    How can I make it work?

    I would like to ask you to please make a video of you doing this and seeing the issue on your end, so that I can know how to replicate it on my end and assist you better by pinpointing the issue faster.
    Also, please tell me more about the device you are using and the browser, as it greatly helps narrow down the possible culprit of this issue. The device model and version, as well as the browser and its version, would be great.
