Hi @mindiapolis,
The email link appears to be working correctly. The message is created and sent, but the email server is rejecting it. As per the screenshot, the important part of the bounce message is: 550 No Such User Here / Sender verification failed for m***@****d.net.
Try sending an email from the same email ID manually and check whether the issue persists.
Which button are you referring to? The link to the checkout page of a WooCommerce-based store. That’s where buyers enter their email address. If the wrong email address is entered here, it can result in exactly the message shown in your screenshot. The person entering their email address in the field needs to be careful about this. The system only checks the email format (something before the @, something after the @, and at least one dot).
I just tried sending an email from my personal email to the info@parablesinstreetclothes.com and it sent and received just fine
Hi @mindiapolis,
It looks like no changes are needed in WordPress settings for this bounce. Can you please provide the actual URL (the one configured behind the email link)?
Hi @mbigul, can you be more specific about the actual URL?
