Connexion à la console impossible

    Bonjour,

    Aucun des administrateurs de mon site de peut se connecter à la console, voici le message qui s’affiche :ERROR: An error was encountered while trying to authenticate. Please try again.

    J’ai désactivé tous les plugins, sans succès. Dans la base de données les administrateurs sont toujours bien présents.

    L’hébergeur est OVH, est la version PHP est 8.2. Le thème est Semplice, et les plugins de sécurité sont Wordfence et Better w security.

    Sauriez-vous me dire d’où vient le problème et comment le résoudre svp?

    Maybe this is just a linguistic inaccuracy, but what do you mean by “console”? Are you referring to accessing WordPress via SSH, where you can make changes using WP CLI, for example? That is indeed called a console, but it contradicts what you said about users.

    Or do you mean accessing the WordPress backend in a browser at /wp-admin/? If that’s what you’re referring to, then what you’re seeing is a critical error, the cause of which should be visible in the hosting provider’s error log.
