Editors and Authors cannot Add or Edit

while i was doing take over on an article from an editor, something new has happened: the system shows this message to the editors and authors who want to make addition or editing “

” as they can enter the dashboard , but cannot do their roles , unless i make them admins ,,, or if I deactivate the kadence block builder in that case everything will work fine , but this mean i will lose the structure of the website ,, any help ??

when i make a rollback to that plugin ,, to the previous version kadence block page builder 3.7.11 its works fine !
