“TAKEOVER” by Admin will block Editors , Authors

Hello,,
There is a problem with the editors and authers ,, after the admin makes a “TAKEOVER” on an article. this will block all users, editors.. from adding new articles or making editing for the whole site, just the admin can work so if you need them to have access again you need to make them admins ,, or you have to deactivate the kadence block builder! so it works fine with them but that mean you destroyd the structure.
