• We’ve received a notification from Stripe that live webhook requests to our Amelia payment endpoint are returning HTTP 500 errors. Stripe reports 102 failed attempts since 26 September 2026 at 10:18 UTC.

The webhook URL uses this path:
    /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=__payment__stripe__webhook&amelia_connect=1

Could you advise what might cause this endpoint to return a 500 error?

  • Same problem here with the paid version. Opened a ticket yerstaday but no reply yet.

Saw your thread — 102 failed Stripe deliveries to the Amelia endpoint since Sept 26 is exactly the kind of silent payment-confirmation failure we fix. Glytch Works runs a repair bench for one broken webhook or API integration at a time: $300 flat, fixed within five days, and if we can’t reproduce the 500 within 24 hours of getting access you get a full refund. We’d reproduce the failing delivery against your live endpoint and test the fix against Stripe’s retries. Details: https://stratly.us/repair — happy to start from your thread.

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

The issue has already been forwarded to our developers. It appears to be a warning message coming directly from Stripe, but it does not affect the Amelia booking process.

The issue has been successfully reproduced and addressed, and the fix will be included in a future update.

You can follow our changelog page to keep up with the latest updates and releases – https://wpamelia.com/documentation/changelog/

    Regards,
    Stefan
