Image appear not always complete

I tried to reproduce the issue on the page you mentioned, but wasn’t able to see it happening on my end. Could you share a few more details to help us dig deeper?

To start, does this issue affect the thumbnail images or the lightbox images (the full-size images that pop up when you click a thumbnail)?

I also noticed you’re using the Photoswipe plugin for your lightbox display, instead of NextGEN Gallery’s built-in lightbox feature. Since this might be related to how Photoswipe handles the images, it could be worth checking with their support team as well.

Thanks for clarifying.

Since the lightbox on your site comes from the PhotoSwipe plugin, it’s outside what we can troubleshoot on our side. The PhotoSwipe plugin’s support team is the best place to ask about this, since they know how their lightbox works.

If you’d like to try NextGEN Gallery’s own lightbox instead, here’s how:

1. Deactivate the PhotoSwipe plugin.
2. Go to “Imagely > Settings” and open the “Lightbox Effects” tab.
3. In the “Lightbox Library” dropdown, choose one of the built-in options, such as “Simplelightbox”.
4. Save your changes and check your gallery again.
