• What I confirmed:

    • Swiftcomplete 2.1.0 contains an internal ERROR_THRESHOLD of 5, explicitly described as “Error count threshold before deactivating plugin.”
    • On 28 September, it produced two clusters of five fatal errors.
    • Each fatal error reports infinite recursion in:
      swiftcomplete/includes/Core/ErrorHandler.php:121
    • Its error handler is therefore crashing while trying to handle another exception. That recursion masks the original exception, and after five failures the plugin calls WordPress’s deactivation mechanism.
    • Logs show it active again between the two clusters, explaining why it appears to keep switching itself off.
