Add icon to submit button

You can use Custom CSS to achieve that.

You can target the .forminator-button CSS Class to target all submit buttons, or add a custom class to a specific form submit button (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ChxPil7j25_x) and use the CSS :before pseudo-element to add an icon.
