Cannot remove monster leads.

    Using the app as instructed in other postings here, I see no way to remove monster leads from my integrations. I need to integrate with Constant Contact, but because I’m on a free account, it’s not allowing me to. It seems that I’m being forced into a higher tier, which I’m not prepared to do at this time.
