Map blocked by updated OSM policy

    Hello,

    It seems there has been a OpenStreetMaps policy update which caused the plugin to no longer comply. The map now shows “Access blocked: App is not following the tile usage policy of OpenStreetMap’s volunteer-run servers: osm.wiki/Blocked”
