Hi, I’m facing an issue with the Listdom Elementor integration.

The existing “Elementor Single Listing Style 3” template and its Elementor data are still present in the site’s saved configuration, but Listdom is no longer loading/exposing this template and is falling back to the standard listing style.

The server-side check has confirmed that the template data has not been lost and that this is not an Elementor CSS/cache or filesystem issue. The Elementor/Vertex Addon has also been activated and the Elementor CSS/cache regenerated.

We have been advised that the remaining issue appears to be with the Listdom Elementor integration component not initializing correctly, possibly due to compatibility with the currently installed Listdom version.

Could you please check why the Listdom Elementor integration is not loading and what needs to be fixed or updated to restore the existing “Elementor Single Listing Style 3” template?

Please do not recreate or overwrite the existing template/configuration, as the original Elementor template data is still present.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

We investigated this issue deeply. The good news is that the existing Elementor template and its saved data have not been lost or overwritten. The issue was related to the required Listdom Elementor integration component not being available in the current setup, rather than an Elementor CSS/cache problem or a compatibility issue with the saved template itself.

There is no need to recreate or overwrite the existing “Elementor Single Listing Style 3” template.

We’ll mark this thread as resolved since the issue has been identified and addressed through our support system.
