Missing Width, Length and Height

    The above response is being returned, there is a width, height and length set on the products being used.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reporting this. This error comes from the USPS International Prices API and means that the package dimensions are missing from the request.

    The dimensions configured for WooCommerce products describe individual items. Please go to WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping zones, edit the USPS shipping method, and complete the Length, Width, and Height fields in the Package Settings section. Enter the values in inches, save the settings, and recalculate the cart.

    If you want the plugin to pack products based on their individual dimensions, this feature is available in Flexible Shipping USPS PRO. The PRO version can pack products into boxes and use the calculated package dimensions when requesting USPS rates.

    If all three dimensions are already configured in the shipping method and the error continues, please let us know which version of the plugin you are using and provide a screenshot of that section. A debug log would also be helpful. Please remove API credentials and customer details before sharing it.

    Hi,

    Installing the PRO plugin does not automatically enable or configure product packing for an existing USPS shipping method.

    Please edit the USPS Live Rates shipping method and configure the Parcel Packing Method. For example, you can select Pack items separately to use each product’s dimensions or Pack into custom boxes and define the boxes you use.

    You can find detailed configuration instructions in the Parcel Packing Method section of our documentation:

    After saving the configuration, recalculate the cart and check the rates again.

    If the error persists, please send us a screenshot of your Parcel Packing Method configuration and let us know which versions of the free and PRO plugins you are using.
