Hi @adauto-silva
Thanks for the report and screenshot.
We’ve confirmed a problem in how MainWP displays theme update details when version information is missing. This can produce the Version warning you’re seeing. We’ll have that fixed.
As for the themes remaining listed after updating, could you manually sync one affected site and let us know whether its update disappears from MainWP Dashboard? This will help us confirm whether it matches the premium-update issue we’re already working on.
Here is what I did:
1 – I accessed the site via the dashboard to process your request and encountered another warning; see here: https://snipboard.io/DnMhaj.jpg
2 – Even when performing the update from this dashboard, the update does not take effect.
I am available if you need further information.

1/ Thanks for the screenshot. Yes, this is the same issue we’ve identified, and we’re working on a fix.
2/ Before trying another update, please go to the WP Admin of the child site and check the installed Themify Ultra version under Appearance → Themes → Theme Details.
Then manually sync that site in MainWP Dashboard using Sync, rather than Update. Please let us know the installed version and whether the update remains listed afterward.
Hello, Bojan Katusic!
Here is the information you requested:
In the WordPress dashboard, the Themify Ultra version is 8.3.3—the same version shown in the MainWP dashboard.

However, even after clicking “Sync,” the update status does not disappear.
I hope this information helps you. If not, just let me know and I’ll provide more information.
@adauto-silva
Thanks for checking.
Your screenshots confirm that Themify Ultra 8.3.3 is installed and recognized by MainWP Dashboard.
The update remaining listed after syncing matches a problem we’ve already identified and are working on a fix.
We’ll update this thread when a fix is available.
