The latest Elementor update includes the patch addressing the reported security vulnerability, so we recommend making sure you are running the latest available version of Elementor and Elementor Pro.
The message you are seeing: PHP Warning: Attempt to read property “ID” on null, is a PHP warning rather than a critical error. These warnings can be displayed when WordPress debugging is enabled, particularly when WP_DEBUG and/or display_errors are active.
If the site is otherwise working normally and you are not experiencing any editor, frontend, or functionality issues, the warning itself does not mean that the site is vulnerable or that the update was unsuccessful.
If you need debugging enabled for development or staging, you can continue using it there. Otherwise, you can disable WP_DEBUG or display_errors to prevent these warnings from being displayed on the frontend.
