    Hi @sameermohd123,

Often, these issues arise due to inadequate server-side configurations. Both the low Memory Limit and the Time Limit can cause this issue. So it is required to increase both values to a minimum number as below:

    PHP time limit = 300

    PHP memory limit = 512M

If you’re unsure how to configure these, please contact your hosting provider. They’ll do this for you. You can see your current configurations from Tools > Site Health > Info > Server (https://d.pr/v/zrw0XL).

If the issue occurs while importing templates, please ensure that all widgets and modules used in the template are enabled in the ElementsKit [screenshot] section. Also, please check the settings under Elementor > Settings > Features [Container and Nested Elements] to make sure that all options are set to active [video guideline]. (This is required)

Please follow these steps to avoid any limit-related issues and to turn on the required features. Hopefully this will solve the issues. If not, feel free to let us know here or contact our support forum from the plugin’s details page.

    Thanks
