Thanks for reaching out. That (1) isn’t an alert or a pending update. It’s a one-time “new feature” marker that came with 4.9.x, pointing to the new Content IQ page. You’ll see that page in the BetterDocs submenu with a green “New” label next to it.
To clear it:
- Go to BetterDocs > Content IQ in your dashboard.
- Then open any other admin page, or refresh.
The counter will be gone after that and won’t come back for your account.
One small note: it’s tracked per user. If other administrators log in to the site, each of them will see it once until they open that page too.
Let us know if it’s still showing after that.
Hi, the only way I could clear it was to go to BetterDocs > Content IQ and the click on the following, and then refresh the page!
