• Hi, the new interface looks great but a couple of things missing or causing issues.

    First one was that my results height was fixed to 350px but I previously had auto height so you scroll the browser to see more results. No option in the appearance settings to set to auto height. Only fixed height.

    I had originally set up columns too, but your new css overrode this. I had to put extra css in to get this back. Would be great if you could set number of columns because my sites that use your plugin show the results as a grid with auto height.

    I also disabled v3 styling. That made no difference.

    You common.min.css file seems to add a lot of new color rules that were not there beforehand and I have to override them. Would be great to be able to disabled your colors so I can use my theme rules (and have less css files loading on the page).

    Eg things like this rule i have to override now: wpsl-wrap .wpsl-search {background: var(–wpsl-header-container-background); }

    Hi again, if i manually remove common.min.css i fixed a lot of the layout issues. I did make sure that in appearance > layout > horizontal that i do not have override theme styles. I did try deque it with wp_dequeue_style(‘wpsl-common’); but that didnt seem to work.

    @katmacau I just released 3.0.1 which fixes among other thing the missing ‘auto height’ option ( Appearance -> Dimensions ) and any custom v2 column css rules should work again.

    If not, you can set them under Appearance -> Search results -> Columns.

    Custom theme rules should also be more respected now.

    Thanks. I had not discovered that columns setting. Thanks for letting me know where that is.

    I still could not see an option in dimensions to set the height to auto? I see default and custom but not auto? Or are you supposed to use custom and set it to empty?

    You do have the horizontal template selected? Your supposed to have three options.

    * Default
    * Custom
    * Show all results

    I shouldn’t have written “auto height”, but “Show all results” does just that.
