Campaigns missing

Our campaigns are missing on the back-end, for unitedwaysca.org/donate. It appears the data did not migrate at some point with one of the upates to Give WP. Under Tools –> Data –> Database updates, here are status errors:

Failed: Migrate Forms to Campaigns

And Pending for all the following:

Associate donations to campaign

Add indexes to revenue table

Add campaign id to donations

Recalculate exchange rate

Refresh Licenses for Platform Fee

Backfill missing campaignId for donations

Cache campaign data

Refresh Licenses to set Last Active license date

Add Campaign ID to subscriptions table

Update subscriptions to reflect the v2 form data transfer to the v3 form

Add campaign id to subscriptions

Fix GiveWP Worker role capabilities

Fix GiveWP Accountant role capabilities

Add view capabilities to GiveWP Manager and Administrator roles

Sanitize serialized object payloads from meta tables and sessions
