Hi,
Unauthorized error
This message comes directly from the MyGLS API. It means GLS rejected the credentials or account data sent with the label request. Please check the following in WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > GLS:
1. Username and Password: these are the same credentials you use to log in at https://mygls.cz. The quickest check is to log in there with exactly the same username and password. If that fails, the credentials are wrong.
2. Client ID: this must be the GLS client number that belongs to that MyGLS account. A client number from another account will also return “Unauthorized”.
3. Country: must be set to “Czech Republic”.
4. Mode: must be set to “Production” for your live MyGLS account. Sandbox uses a separate GLS test environment with different credentials, so live credentials will not work in Sandbox mode, and the other way around.
5. API access: in some cases GLS has to enable API access for the account. If all of the above is correct and you still get the error, please contact GLS Czech Republic and ask them to confirm that API access is enabled for your MyGLS user and client number.
You can also turn on “Enable Logging” in the plugin settings and try again. The request and response will then be written to the WordPress debug log, which helps when contacting GLS support.
GLS parcel locker info in emails
No setting is needed for this. When a customer chooses a GLS parcel locker or parcel shop at checkout, the plugin automatically adds the selected location (ID, name and address) to the WooCommerce order emails, including the admin “New order” email. If you don’t see it, please check whether you use a custom email template or an email customizer plugin, since some of them do not include the standard WooCommerce email sections where this info is added.
