Activating TablePress premium on dev site

    We have TablePress premium installed and activated on our live production site. We’re trying to activate TablePress premium on our dev site and are getting a message saying, ‘Your license quota of 1 production site(s) has been reached.’ Can you please add developmentpreviews.com to the whitelist of approved domains so that we can use our license on our dev environment as well?

    We’ve tried contacting the TablePress support email but get delivery failure messages noting that the email system is refusing connections from our email server.

    Thanks for your email, and sorry for the trouble! I’ll be happy to help!

    Unfortunately, I can’t add domains to the general allowlist, as this is governed by our licensing provider. I can however add a specific domain (potentially also with a wildcard) directly to your user account/license.

    Unfortunately, this can’t be handled over a public forum, so we somehow need to find a way to get into touch. I’m not sure why the email servers are having issues (we are using Google Workspace, i.e. the professional version of Gmail as our infrastructure), so maybe a quick solution could be for you to try using a different (maybe personal) email account (like Gmail)? Or, can you maybe try sending me a direct message (to user @tobiasbg) in the official wordpress.org Slack community, see https://make.wordpress.org/chat/?
