Unbeatable support

Great and sincere thanks to Vinny for his timely and comprehensive assist in adapting this BBPress Notify (No Spam) Digests plugin with ‘Post Comments as BBPress Topics’ by Robin Wilson/Nick Chomey.

Initially, there was a disconnect between the two which meant that as my Marketplace website published new post which automatically generated new corresponding topics via the aforementioned plugin BY Robin Wilson, ‘BBPress Notify (No Spam) Digests’ would not add such a topic to the digest email.

This issue hindered my audience communications and put a dampener of the subscriber experience within my online business.

All it took was a single request for help and Vinny was instantly on the case – quickly interpreting my problem into the necessary solution, compete with a step by step tutorial as for ‘why’ it didn’t work in the first instance and ‘how’ he fixed it…GOLDEN.

He packaged the PHP fix into a short script with appropriate supporting notation (to be copied into functions.php) and also offered me a plugin fix which I passed up in because the script was good enough.

All iin all, I’m delighted with the product and even more so with the true Partner In ‘Press that I’ve found in Vinny!
