Timely support – it’s not true

I am a paid user with premium support. From day one, I noticed that the plugin has a hardcoded constant that prevents removing the prefix from attribute permalinks.

I reached out to support, and I have been waiting 2 months for a single line of code to be changed.

There are zero updates from their team—every month I have to follow up myself just to ask about progress. I only have 1 year of included support, and 2 months of that period have already been completely wasted waiting for a fix to one minor issue.

They claim that their support team consists of “knowledgeable WooCommerce support agents and developers.” Judging by my experience, that couldn’t be further from the truth. Very disappointing service.
