    No tech is perfect and there is always something new to learn, Spectra Blocks is no different. But what makes me stay with Spectra most is the outstanding support I receive for when something does show up. Response is fast, honest, and proactive.

    Your first line is a fair one. No software is perfect, and Spectra Blocks is still young, so there will be things to iron out as it grows. We would rather people go in with that expectation than be sold something that never has a rough edge.

    That is also why being straight with people matters to us when something does come up. Telling someone a fix is coming, or that something is not possible yet, is more useful than a vague answer, so it is good to hear that came through in your experience.
