Great support and plugin

I bought this for a client project where panels are sold per square metre, with the length chosen from a dropdown and a fixed width. The calculating side did what I needed quickly.

Where it really showed was support. Products would not go into the basket and I assumed I had set something up wrong. Instead of guessing, the developer went through it and found a conflict with another plugin on my site, explained exactly what was happening, and shipped a fix that helps everyone using both. Formula validation and comma handling got cleaned up in the same release.

Clear communication, honest about the limits as well as the features. That is rarer than it should be.
