PopupBuilder + ExitIntent with Breeze Plugin and Delay All JavaScript setting

    Hi!
    I have issues with PopupBuilder + Exit Intent on sites where I use the Breeze Plugin (Cloudways servers) with Delay All JavaScript setting (which I need for speed here – with WPRocket or LiteSpeed Cache on other servbers I have no issues with it).
    The Popup is not showing up. Si my question is, which js.scripts from PoupBuilder+Exit Intent must be excluded from Delay All JavaScript (List of scripts not to delay) and/or added to the list of ‘JS Files With Deferred Loading’.

    Thank you for reaching out and for providing the details.

    Since the issue occurs when Breeze’s “Delay All JavaScript” option is enabled, it is likely that the Popup Builder frontend JavaScript required for the Exit Intent trigger is being delayed.

    As a first step, please try excluding the following script from Breeze’s “List of scripts not to delay”:

    sgpb-popup-script.js

    You can usually find this setting under Breeze → File Optimization → JS.

    We recommend excluding this script from JavaScript delay rather than adding it to the “JS Files With Deferred Loading” list.

    After making the change, please clear the Breeze/cache/CDN cache and test the popup again in an incognito/private browser window.

    If the popup still does not appear, please let us know and share more details such as, the Popup Builder and Exit Intent versions you are using. We can then check the frontend scripts being loaded and determine whether any additional scripts need to be excluded.
