• The plugin has a compatibility issue with WPBakery (Impreza). Once again, the styles from the WPBakery editor are not working.

The plugin has a rather unintuitive interface and an excessive number of features. But what is really frustrating me, once again, is the issue with the editor styles not being applied.

When creating the content of a popup using the WPBakery editor, the formatting applied to the content does not work. At the moment, this specifically affects the Text Block element.

    Hi @maestro2012

We’re sorry to hear about the compatibility issue you encountered.

Could you please share a screen recording of the issue you’re seeing so we can take a look?

Also, could you please let us know if your Popup Maker plugin is updated to the latest 1.25.0 version?

The latest version includes this fix: “Restored WPBakery Page Builder editing for popups when the block editor is enabled in Popup Maker.” See here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/popup-maker/#developers

You can send us a message here if you wish to share it privately.

We look forward to your reply.

@maestro2012 – We found a likely cause. WPBakery normally prints the CSS associated with the page or post being viewed. A Popup Maker popup is a separate document rendered outside that normal page/post loop, so its saved WPBakery styles may never be printed. We’re testing a fix that explicitly loads the popup document’s CSS. Could you try the temporary snippet above, clear your page cache, and let us know whether the Text Block formatting returns? You can deactivate the snippet afterward.
