Default map height

    Hi Manuel,

    I really enjoy working with GPX Route Map, thanks for your work. Here is an idea:

    The default map height is set at 480px now. I would like to suggest you add an option to change the default setting for the map height on the GPX Route Map settings page.

    Hey @lesi

    You can already do this:

    Go to the settings right sidebar > Display panel, under Source > Map Height

    Or are you talking about a site-wide default setting?

    Yes, I mean a site-wide default setting. It would even be better to be able to set different heights for desktop and mobile. The map height on mobile can make scrolling the web page difficult.

    Interesting proposal. Since WP 7.1 there is support for responsive designs in Gutenberg, and I want to support it

    I would need to bump version to 2.X.X since its going to be breaking for anyone under WP 7.1 but I’m going to review this.

    I’ve released this in 1.7.0

    Since the new controls are too new (released on 7.1) I added regular controls for now. Maybe in the future I might add the native controls.

    This brings a big update also, because I’ve implemented the latest WebGL version. So maybe some bugs may pop with maps and I will need to release a patch straight after.

    It keeps getting better and better 😉 There is not much left to wish for, thanks.

    I colored the download button red to make it stand out better.
